HOW IT ALL STARTED...
I started this journey in college by helping friends who were searching for internships and had no idea where to begin. Friends told their families, classmates, and coworkers, and before long I had helped more than thirty people secure opportunities they once believed were out of reach. People started discovering their confidence again, stepping into roles that matched their potential, and seeing possibilities they did not see before.
That growth is what inspired the creation of JobPlug. I realized people are not lacking talent, they are lacking direction, clarity, and someone who genuinely believes in them.
